Ok, I can tell you how great the work is, it is. Great customer service, it is. But this is why I will continue to go back to Kirsten: We had our living room done almost two years ago. Haven't changed a thing, still love it. Just had our bedroom complete, it flippin' looks like a magazine shoot. We were stuck with two different design voices in our heads, and compromising ended up with blended things that didn't quite work, or we hit a stalemate, and just nothing got done. Kirsten does a great job of working with you to get a sense of "you". Gets everyone on the same page. Tells you "no", when you need to hear it. And says yes to certain things you didn't quite know she picked up on.
